PAYMENT AND APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Please allow 24hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. We book appointments so the time is set aside specifically dedicated to your needs. Please be courteous to others patiently waiting for an appointment, and allow them to use that time if you cannot make your appointment.

 

Fee for service is expected at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, cheque, debit, VISA and Mastercard. We will provide all paperwork required for you to submit to any private health insurance plan(s) you may have. If you do not have private insurance, our services may be used as a medical expense on your income tax. For your convenience we can also provide a statement at the end of the calendar year, as needed.
